Explicit request for immediate performance of digital content

I expressly request that the provider begin performance of this contract (delivery of the digital content or digital service) before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

I acknowledge that, by giving this consent to the immediate start of performance, I lose my right of withdrawal once the provider has fully performed the contract.
